Rubber grommets

Rubber grommets made of polychloroprene rubber can be quickly and easily slid onto the cable and fitted with the aid of three-pin expander pliers. They form a tight-fitting and excellent mechanical protection. They are very stretchable and very flexible.

The advantage over heat-shrink tubing is that they can also be used on heat-sensitive components, as no heat is required for processing.

Rubber grommets are available in many different colours and thus also offer a good way of marking cables.
