Cycling into the future together: BIT Bierther GmbH promotes sustainable mobility and team spirit

At BIT Bierther GmbH, too, our employees are our most important resource. And it is just as important for us to act sustainably and to think of the next generations of future employees.

That is why we are proud to announce that we have already equipped many of our employees with modern company bicycles. The vast majority of the bicycles provided are e-bikes – which not only reduce CO2 emissions but also promote individual health and fitness. Our employees now have the opportunity to travel to work in an environmentally friendly and healthy way without having to forgo comfort and efficiency.

And since we want to strengthen not only healthy bodies but also a healthy team spirit, some colleagues took part in the "Apfelroutentour" in the Swisttal region on Sunday, 27 August. They swung onto the company bicycles and cycled a route between Heimerzheim and Miel in cheerful company. Afterwards there was a refreshing ice cream. This was a great opportunity for our employees to network outside the office, share common interests and stay active at the same time.

The introduction of company bicycles and participation in team events such as the Swisttal "Apfelroutentag" are just some of the steps in our pursuit of a healthier and more sustainable working environment.
