BPMW A heat-shrink tubing – up to 350 mm diameter

Robust ropes – whether made of steel, plastic or natural fibres – are used in demanding environments: in industry, in the maritime sector or in lifting and pulling systems.

To protect them durably and enhance their function, BIT Bierther GmbH offers the medium-wall BPMW A heat-shrink tubing with adhesive also in large diameters of 300 mm and 350 mm.

Heat-shrink tubing as sheathing – optimal protection for large ropes

The BPMW A heat-shrink tubing is excellently suited for sheathing ropes to protect them from abrasion, moisture, UV radiation or chemical influences.

Thanks to the integrated hot-melt adhesive, a tight, force-fitting connection is created during shrinking that hugs the rope structure closely.

  • Protective sheathing for industrial and lifting ropes
  • Extending the service life of wire ropes & synthetic ropes
