Our braided sleeving made of high-quality polyamide 6.6, sheathed with tinned copper, is a newly developed shielding braid and offers numerous advantages.
The excellent mechanical abrasion resistance and the corrosion resistance provided by the tinned copper ensure long-lasting performance. The low weight compared to solid materials makes the use of the BIS GE PA/CU EMV particularly interesting for modern electric cars, where weight savings matter.
The easily stretchable construction, thanks to the PA inner core, enables effortless installation and saves valuable time compared to solid copper braids. Remember to protect the braid against fraying after cutting and installation, e.g. with heat-shrink tubing.
